I have to be honest, I did try to go to the competition business next door, but they happened to be closed at the time. Luckily for the staff of this business (Grill'd), I gave my patronage to them. I wasn't dissapointed, the food a Chicken Caesar Salad, was probably the best salad (Yes a salad, I know), who would guess? This salad with its roasted chicken pieces,poached egg, and little bacon bites, amongst the spinach, lettuce and I don't really know what else, was absolutely devine!! washed down with a cold Bundaberg Non Alcoholic Ginger Beer, a perfect dinner in my opinion. I thanked the young lady, with I think she had blue hair, and told her how impressed I was with the service and meal altogether. Thank you
This place never disappoints. Food is always delicious and high quality. Food comes out quick and staff are lovely. They even had vegan mayonnaise this time! So impressed. Highly recommend.

The burgers were great, but the sides had no taste whatsoever. Also, there was no ketchup and I accidentally put a whole bunch of “hell fired” hot sauce on my burger, which still tasted good but I wish they’d make the sauces more distinguishable. The service was good.
Burger joint with really good variety. Food served hot. Lamb and chicken burgers were juicy. Only goof on my order was the wrong bread, but after 30 hours of travel you roll with it.
Angela was very patient assisting me with choices as a first time visitor. Food was delicious and chicken tenders perfect for a light supper. All staff friendly and welcoming especially for a lady on her own. Will definitely be back for the Caesar.
Best burgers in town, and you pay for it. Chips (and the sweet potato chips) are incredible. I can eat a lot and I was very satisfied with the portion sizes. Even though it's a bit pricey it's absolutely worth the cost.
Excellent service and the burgers were smoky and very tasty. The fries were also very nice and crispy. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The restaurant is kid friendly. Highly recommended.
I was extremely overjoyed by the staff's amazing service! I had not had such good customer service in such a long time! So naturally I had to come dine in a few times during my stay in town. And the food was good too, but the highlight for me was the wonderful staff.
Stopped into Grill’d Townsville and overall it was a really solid feed. The burger was fresh, juicy and packed with flavour, and you can tell the ingredients are good quality. Everything tasted well put together and didn’t feel sloppy or rushed. Service was great too, friendly staff, quick turnaround and no issues with the order. Only downside was the air conditioner didn’t seem very cold. It was starting to get pretty warm inside and I was slowly sweating while eating, which took away from the experience a bit. They had a sign on the door to close it as the air conditioner was on but still fairly hot inside... Aside from that, food and service were spot on. Would definitely go back, just hopefully on a cooler day or with the AC cranked up a bit more.
